REEL Mac and Cheese serves up gourmet, made-from-scratch macaroni and cheese with a playful, movie-themed twist. With over ten years in the mobile food business, we’ve proudly operated first-class concession trailers at major events like the Calgary Stampede and The PNE. Today, our three REEL Mac and Cheese food trucks bring the cheesy goodness anywhere—from backyard birthdays to massive music festivals. Have macaroni, will travel!
While mac and cheese may feel nostalgic, we’ve given it a modern upgrade with creative menu items like Slumdog Millionaire (curry paste and peas) and The Green Mile (fresh broccoli florets topped with crispy onions). Each dish is inspired comfort food, cooked fresh on the truck.
We start with real butter, whole milk, handpicked spices, and a blend of seven cheeses to create rich, creamy perfection that’s guaranteed to make you feel warm, happy, and just a little bit nostalgic.
REEL Mac and Cheese was founded by husband-and-wife team Suzanne and Perry Poudrier—she brings the business savvy, he brings the culinary chops. Together, they’re the Mac to the Cheese! In 2016, their daughter Danielle and son-in-law Mikael Karlsson joined the team, making it a true family affair. Now, there’s a whole lot of macaroni going on.
